The accommodation
Chateau St Pierre de Serjac offers 8 elegant rooms and 36 cottages, all original wineries with high quality finishes, which can be rented all year round. All cottages have an outdoor area, terrace or garden, with barbecue and sun loungers and basic facilities such as private bathroom, flat screen TV etc. Most are also equipped with a private swimming pool, heated from the end of May to the end of September, and all offer a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards.
Chateau St Pierre de Serjac also has a restaurant with a chef from the island of Mauritius (he has worked for famous chef Alain Ducasse, among others), a 30m heated infinity pool (April to October), a spa “The 5 worlds”, a clay tennis court, a barbecue area and a bowling alley. In good weather you can enjoy the chef’s dishes on the beautiful panoramic terrace while admiring the infinity pool and the vineyards.
The winery
Wine has been part of the history of the beautiful Chateau St Pierre de Serjac since Roman times, which has always had the intention to emphasize the terroir and grape varieties to create emblematic and exceptional Languedoc wines. The cellar and vines were completely restored between 2013 and 2017. To date, the winery has 21 stainless steel barrels used for the vinification of the different vintages. The wine cellar can be visited all year round with wine tastings, musical evenings or gourmet brunches with the intention of immersing its guests as close as possible to the wine world.
